Hi Everyone,
With the direction that G**gle has been taking the last decade I no longer want people visiting my site to be tracked by that company. You can come and check out the archives for Track and Field and know that that company is no longer able to gather your data while you browse. My privacy is important to me and I am extended that importance to you and your visits to the site.

Sprint Relay Exchanges.
Hi All,
This is a system that Paul Wright shared with me 20 years ago and I have seen it be very successful year after year with the GRCI teams. It is simple and you can have teams making very good passes in the first practice.

The meets begin this week at JHSS! Looking forward to a great season for the GRCI crew. It is the biggest team we have had in my 22 years at GRCI. GO Rens GO!!

What lies ahead??
Hi Everyone,
I have not posted much over the last few years for a variety of reasons. My focus in life has shifted away from optimal strength and performance training to a more holistic view of optimal living and vitality. Happy and healthy to the age 100 is something that has always been a dream of mine. I was very fortunate to find several new and exciting concepts, products and people in the last year that I will be sharing in a 2018 summary post over the next little while.
