Hey Guys,  Here is the the matrix test you will be doing.  There are 10 - 1 arm over head presses alternating left than right.

Their directions are Up x 2, Forward x 2, Back x 2, sideways x2, cross body x 2.

Followed by 6 lunges.  2 forward, 2 sideways and 2 rotational.

Start light and develop good form.
